[Nfbmo] National convention

I think the problem will hotel personnel who do not have a good grasp of the
English language is widespread. Especially is this true in the people who
clean rooms and surprisingly it is true more often than I would expect in
waitstaff and others who have direct contact with the public.

Hi all. I liked the layout of this hotel better. I do have to say though
that the I had some experiences with the staff that were unexpected. One
of them tried to grab my dog's leash when I asked for directions. I found
that the language barrier to be a problem at this hotel. I think some of
the staff misunderstood me when I asked for directions. I've only been to
four conventions, but I have never had this problem before. There were
also issues with staff not knowing where the relief areas were for the guide
dogs. They would direct people out to the grass, and it was made clear to
us that they didn't want ur dogs relieving on the grass.

far the best. We were in walking distance from side restaurants, and a cheap
bus ride from others. For those wanting to enjoy the fun spots such as
Universal studios, Wonderworks or Disney, and a huge water park, you could
either take the public bus or a cab between $15 to $35 depending on where
you were wishing to go.

crowded. The staff was very kind and helpful. Alsso if you found the need,
there was a 24 hour deli opened.
