HI  Debbie,
As long as the plastic storage bag is kept   sealed, the contents should
be fresh for a good while - I'm thinking 3 or  4  months at least.  I do all
the mixing and bagging within 3  hours after  opening the bags and squeeze
any extra air out of each  unit.  The fruit is  already dehydrated so they
last a long  time.  The nuts are roasted so they  are more stable than raw. 
  
Secret, don't open the bag till  you're  ready to eat - and each  time you
close it, squeeze the air out.
What can I put you  down for?
