[Nfbmo] Raffle tickets

Come on, Brian, most of us can't read the number anyway, and it's a bit late 
to be discussing size shape et al of tickets don't you think? I would have 
thought it would have been a good idea to advertise the availability of 
raffel tickets on the list for the iPad mini, but I know I would have been 
told to attend a meeting to find out what's going on, so that's why I didn't 
say anything. For an organization that supposedly thrives on communication, 
strangely there seems to be very little of it on this list.
