I got this from the Missouri chat list and thought you should also see this.

This is severe weather awareness week. Today at 1-30 you will hear a tornado siren all across Missouri. This is to remind you that the time has come to plan what to do when severe weather strikes. Practice your plan and know exactly where to go and what to do when a tornado or severe storm is at your door. Right now you can go to your basement or in a closet or where ever the safest place in your home or business without all that racket of strong wind blowing, lightening striking, thunder crashing and terrencial rain pouring down. Don't wait until the last minute to seek safety when it becomes necessary to put your safety plan in action. A life is a terrible thing to lose. Remember, don't be scared, be prepared. Bunny
