[Nfbmo] Important for St. Louis area members

Hi,
If the regular rotation of conventions  is kept the St. Louis area chapters 
would be in line to host in 2015. Believe it or not it is time to send out 
request for proposals to area hotels  in the very near future.
At your meetings this week the Lewis and clark chapter and St Louis chapters 
need  to discuss two things. First, whether or not the chapter wants to ask 
for the opportunity to host the 2015 convention. And, second if the chapters 
want to host together or each take a turn hosting. Realize if you decide to 
host separately that there is no guarantee that you will host in back to 
back years although that scenario is most likely. But more importantly the 
state board will make the decision as to what they think is best which could 
be that they think that ya all should work together or that yeach chapter 
should have it’s chance to host. I will be drafting the prelimanary Request 
for Proposal next week but  won’t send it until after the June 8 board 
meeting.
