Hi Gary, I just received the message concerning the open position on the
Board and wanted to express my interest in it.  I know that at the
convention my plans for law school were a concern, but that situation has
resolved itself so that I will be able to complete the remainder of the
term.  I am unaware of any formalities that may be required, so if you would
please let me know of anything I need to do, I will comply with them in a
timely manner.  Thank you and I look forward to seeing you in October.
