Hi Gary,

Well, eight Federationists were early responders to notifying me about lunch
at the State Board Meeting. These early responders were:

Dan Flasar, Julie McGinnity, Chris Parsons, Jeff and Shelia Wright, Ruby
Polk, Jim Moynihan, and Bob Williams. I am sending a gentle reminder for
anyone else who would like to have lunch there. The deadline is September
30th.

Take care and looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

Rita

Hi Gary,

Our Jefferson City Chapter is looking forward to hosting the upcoming State
Board Meeting on October 5th. A hot lunch will be available for $8.00 which
will include the main dish, a salad, dessert and a drink. Lasagna and garlic
bread will be the main dish. I will need to know how many of you will want
lunch by September 30th.

Directions to the meeting place, the Masonic Lodge, 3211 Masonic Ct. is as
follows:

after crossing the MO River coming into town, take U.S.Hwy. 50 West turning
right and go 3.8 miles to the West Truman Blvd exit and at the top of this
exit turn right and continue for another 1.3 miles, and then on the right
will be Masonic Ct. between two buildings and the Lodge is the only building
behind these two buildings. For those coming in to town from the southwest
like our Springfield members, you would be coming in on Hwy. 54 and come to
Hwy. 50 and just go west from there as stated above.

For anyone coming in on the train, it would be about five miles west of
town. Call me if you have any questions. Please let me know about lunches.
Thanks and see you all soon!

Rita
