This was covered in a recent issue of the Blind Missourian and is what Gary 
Wunder and I met with  officials in Jefferson City about in November.
This is the annual review form and everyone  receives it in differing 
months. It should be returned to their office  very very quickly or there 
may be a suspension in benefits or worse.

hi,

pay attention to any mail you receive that is from your county with the
letters fsd.
my envelope had nothing typed on the outside and the info was shown through
a clear plastic window.

The letter does not mention blind pension and is titled MO Health Net
Eligibility and it makes you think it has something to do with welfare/food
stamps.
About half way down, questions ask about income and blindness and your
response has to be received back at your local office by 1/31/14 if you want
to continue receiving blind pension.
