When we met with the policy people last November we suggested the phone call 
idea and they have yet to take action on it or changing the title of the 
forms amongst other things.

Having been under the gun a couple times with regard to blind pension, I 
feel it would be a good thing if they could call people and let them know 
they are up for recertification. I've actually mentioned this to a couple of 
caseworkers and they suggested that the only way to get it done this for 
consumers to take the ball and make it happen. Anybody taking notes?
