[Nfbmo] Blind Pension reduction question

The letter that I received today which everyone who receives blind pension
or supplemental aid to the blind should be getting in the mail if they
haven't already simply says that the monthly payments for blind pension and
supplemental aid to the blind will be reduced by $33 a month starting in
January.  The letter goes on to say that we will receive a separate letter
in a few weeks which will list the exact amount we will receive per month
starting in January.  It would appear to me that everyone is receiving the
same letter now and we will be sent a more personalized letter in a few
weeks which will tell us how much we will be getting per month starting in
January.  If you don't get the general letter by the end of the week then I
would call them and make sure they have your right address and everything so
that you can be assured of receiving the second letter.

  Will this letter tell us how much we will be getting or just how much it
will be reduced?  I am having a battle with these folks.  I never received,
for this year what I am getting.  When I ask for the amount in writing, they
have no clue what I am talking about.  I need this statement for my rent. 
Anyone have any suggestions how I can get this information.
