[Nfbmo] Dog manners

I was appalled to learn that the dog relief area at convention was abused by some. I do not believe that any guide dog user would leave the area without cleaning up after the dog, however we need to be very careful to be good embassadors for our dog guides. The hotel does allow pets and we did have an encounter with a large Standard Poodle at the elevstor so I know there was at least one dog larger than my Booker. Let's make sure we do our best at all times. Kudos to Debbie Eifler for her volunteering to clean the area. Perhaps some dog owner thought the hotel had arranged for pickup?
