[Nfbmo] poem from Roy Avers

Thanks to Roy for sending this on - "Invictus" packs a lot of power in it's 
 4 spare stanzas - always good to hear it now and then.
    I'm wondering, did Roy read this poem or, if not, who  did?  An 
excellent reading.  Couldn't have been the author, William  Emest Henley, who died 
in 1903.
