[Nfbmo] Laws in Missouri for service animals

hi,

Are there any random reviews for those who train their own guide dog?
a long time ago, I saw someone who thought they were the best self trainer
and she was ignorant to the dog.
The dog was too old and weak to jump on the large call a ride van and got
mad when the dog fell off of the step.
