[Nfbmo] Op-Ed sent to St. Louis Post-Dispatch regarding sub-minimum wages in St. Louis

Hi all,
     Hopefully, the attached Op-Ed will be published in  Thursday's 
Post-Dispatch in advance of Friday's vote by the  St. Louis  Board of Aldermen to 
resist the sheltered workshop lobby's attempt to maintain  their tradition of 
paying people with disabilities sub-minimum wage.
