Hello  everyone,

I just wanted my NFB family to know that I got engaged on  December 26
to Jason Clover who I had been dating for several months.   Our wedding
will be on Saturday, September 24, 2016.  I am so excited  and wanted
to share my news!

Now for my prayer request.  Jason  was in Champaign Illinois for work
on December 30 and slipped on ice fell  and broke his nose and
fractured his eye socket.

What should have  been fairly routine ended up having serious
complications.  He has had  a number of surgeries, was violently ill
enough to dislodge stitches and  had bone slivers removed from his eye.
In fact one of the bone slivers  caused a small cut where the optic
nerve connects to the  brain.


He is currectly in Champaign in the hospital but should be  returning
home on Saturday.  At this point they are not sure whether  or not he
is going to get part, most or all of his vision back.

Your  thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
