I don't see a draft agenda but here are some things that come to mind

Rittgers Fund Replenishment and announcement concerning available
stipends/deadline
Convention Committees and Chairs
Awards (Jernigan and tenBroek) Does the nomination deadline of Feb. 1 get
extended?)
Reports on Washington Seminar
Jeff City Seminar


I think everything else that comes to mind is pretty standard for all
meetings
