The National Federation of the Blind of Missouri would like to congratulate Vivian Smith for winning our 50/50 drawing.This was a successful fund raiser, Vivian received $243 and so did the state.Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket and showed your support.  Again I want to say how happy we are for Vivian Smith.Thanks to the Jefferson City Chapter for selling the winning ticket.
