The deadline to book hotel rooms is tomorrow March 11. Call 417-831-3131 to reserve a room. The hotel will accept reservations after tomorrow on a space available basis however, they have two other groups that weekend  so the space may not be there.
For Rittgers fund applicants go ahead and make reservations if you have not already done so and if you are unable to attend you can cancel the room without any charge to your card.
