[Nfbmo] Finishing agenda

Thinking of agenda items, I had a question about the convention agenda.  I
know that you said that it sort of formulates up to the convention time.
So, I was curious if there may be any space on the agenda for someone
knowledgeable to cover a basic overview of the changes to UEB Braille.  I
have tried to do some research, and so far, what I've found has been clear
as mud to me.  Lol
