Some important notes about the upcoming state convention!
First, if you pre-registered on-line print out a copy of your pay pal
receipt in case it does not show in our records
Hotel Notes 2016
Here is a brief description of the lobby/meeting room area and the
in-room thermostat. Erin may send a more complete description if time
permits.
When entering the front door to your right is the Front Desk and an
ATM along that wall.
Continuing counterclockwise around the lobby next is the Gift Shop and
then the Charles O’Reilly Jr. Board Room where the Scholarship and
nominating Committees will meet. Next is the door for the sales
office.
Then a right turn past the sales office is a hotel exit which we
likely will not need. If you continue straight instead of turning you
will reach the swimming pool door and fitness Center.
To the left of the pool door are the restrooms. First is the Ladies
room and then the Men’s room.
Next continuing counter clock wise is the Aleck Scott hospitality room
which has two entrances right next to each other.
Past the hospitality room the elevators are to your left on the tiled
area. Straight out to your right from the elevators is the hallway to
the meeting rooms. Going straight down the hall to the meeting rooms
is the exit to be used by smokers and guide dog users. Turn left when
the hall ends and the Rathdangen meeting rooms are on the left. The
registration tables and exhibit tables will be on the right side of
this hall.
When exiting to park a guide dog turn right to proceed to the relief
area. Smokers should turn left out the door.

Coming off the elevators going to the left continuing counterclockwise
is Gracies breakfast restaurant and then Houlihans restaurant which
brings you back near the front door.

Thermostat:
It has four buttons.
On the face on the left is power button. To the right of that is the fan button.
Below that on the right of the face are two buttons next to each
other. The left button is red for temp up. The right one is blue for
temp down.
Check the list below to see ifI have left anyone off the exhibit table list:
