Marsha,
I hope you are still coming! The Springfield chapter has  done an 
exceptional job in their planning and it should be a fun time.
However, if you need to change the name on a room it is easiest if you do a 
three way call with you and the person you are shifting the reservation to 
so that person can give their card number to guarantee the room. Hotel phone 
number is  417-831-3131.
If anyone else needs a room contact me right away as there a couple of rooms 
that others need to cancel. But we cannot hold these rooms very long at all.
There is  a slight chance that the hotel may have a room or two in inventory 
as well but do not expect to just show up and get a room.Gene
