Hi,

Yes, it is easy but a bit difficult to get used to new locations of items in
the ribbon.
Hit alt and use the arrows to explore or just alt+i.

letter combinations.

If you have the most recent version of Outlook, you should be able to find
an "Attach File" button with a drop down menu under the "Insert" tab.
Unfortunately, I do not know how all of these tabs and buttons work with a
screen reader. Worst case scenario, you can copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V)
a file directly from a folder on your computer.

I hope this helps, Holly!

Subject: [Nfbmo] Question regarding Microsoft outlook

Hi Friends!
I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about attaching a document
to an email in Microsoft Outlook. I'm sure it is simple, but I have never
worked with outlook until I began my internship. If I need to send an
attachment I have just been using my school email address, but it would be
nice just to be able to use the same account for all email communication. I
have looked on all of the tabs and in the compose email section but have
not came across the attachment file option. Any advice on this would be
appreciated.
 Thanks,
 Holly Carneal
