I am very sorry to let everyone know that Bill Neal’s son Sam Neal died today of an apparent heart attack at his apartment in Kirksville. In his younger days Sam was an active member of the Columbia Chapter and he will be missed. Our thoughts  and prayers to the entire Neal family.
