Hi,

If you could please send me your E-Mail address if you are the chair
of a committee.  I am going to create a list of E-Mail addresses and
send them out so we can all tell the group when our committee is
meeting so there are no conflicts.  Even if you are the chair of a
closed committee please still send me your E-Mail address as we still
need to know when closed committees are meeting so there is no
scheduling conflict.
