[Nfbmo] NFCMO: I keep wearing out cane tips

Hi Daniel,

One of our long time Federation Friends said that a cane user gets 
approximately thirty miles per tip. I feel that is very reasonable at fifty 
cents per tip. I've been a cane user for about 35 years and I agree that one 
does get about that milage on normal use of the cane.
