[Nfbmo] The health of our dear friend and a real NFCMO Fitness Challenge Competitor

One of our strongest competitors in the national fitness challenge is Jeff
Giffen, and unfortunately he is in the hospital. He is in significant pain
not only because of surgery on his toe but because he is suffering from
abdominal pain. Let us all keep him in our prayers. He is monitoring the
list, so a shout out for his getting better will also do his spirits a world
of good.
