Dear NFB KC Chapter-

 

This Message is to let all of you know that Jeff Giffen went to the
Emergency Room  and had a ruptured Bleeding Ulcer and is in quite a lot of
pain. He had Surgery and hopefully is now recovering. Please keep him in
