GoGoGrandparent allows those without smart phones to order Uber or Lyft if 
you do not have a smart phone.  It is not a part of either company but a 
third party vendor.   However be aware if you use this service your fees 
will be quite a bit higher than using the app.  I believe they start at 
$3.20 rather than $2.50 and the miles and per minute charges will be higher 
so if you have a smart phone you save by using it. Robyn
