Hi Brian,
Google has an app called Google photos. I just checked it out myself and it works pretty good on the iPhone with voiceover. Give that a try. It will back up all your pictures and then you can delete them from your phone.

Oh, if that doesn’t work for you if you are a member of Amazon prime, they to have a free photo app
