Good afternoon everyone. It is my pleasure to announce the birth of
Victoria Rosamae Cole. (Her middle name is pronounced Rosa Mae.). She
was born at 10:55 PM Thursday Aug 2, 2018.  She weighed 7 LBS 15.1 OZ
and 20 inches long. We are doing well. She is happy and healthy. I
can't wait to introduce her to the rest of the Federation family.
