You are up early and on the ball. Will you get to come today or tomorrow?

The 3 Co-sponsors are Blaine Luetkemeyer, Jason Smith, and Billy Long.
Shelia told me that Jason Smith's aid indicated that he would likely withdraw his co-sponsorship, when they spoke to him at Washington Seminar, but he has not done so. I am in Representative Luetkemeyer's district and am contacting him every way I can. I don't think it would hurt to contact these 3, though it seems like it is harder to contact them if you are not in their district.

You can also call the Capitol Hill Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 to be connected directly to the Washington, DC office of your member of Congress.

We laid the foundation of this work at our Washington Seminar and this next phase represents the crucial follow-up effort that may very well help stop this bill and make sure that civil rights for the blind are not set back by thirty years.

I am writing to you today to urge you to vote no on H.R. 620, the “ADA Education and Reform Act of 2017.” This bill will diminish the rights of blind people by eroding the foundation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
