HR 620 will be sent over to the Senate for their consideration where they
can pass it, vote it down or amend and pass it. Normally the Majority Leader
would assign it to a committee and it would go through the usual process and
the vote would be awhile in coming but  sometimes  they will suspend the
rules and vote for it on short order. A filibuster is always possible which
is all the more reason to get a hold of both Senators Blount and McCaskill.
