[NFBMO] CCTV

Thank you for the ideas and suggestions.  I think that this CCTV could
be too big to ship using free matter for the blind.

I think I will try asking the Lighthouse and Missouri Assistive Tech.

I have heard so many times that equipment like this is expensive and
difficult to purchase, so I am surprised that I am having trouble
finding a home for this.  I know that it is old, but it  works and it
is free.
