Probably, but if they go blind they shouldn't be driving anyway, so they 
don't need the license.

Does this mean that if someone sighted becomes blind and starts receiving
Blind pension that they have to  instantly give up their drivers license
and get a State issued Non driver id card.

HB 2171, the Blind Pension bill, was truly agreed to and finally passed late
on Thursday.

The amendments include the 500% poverty limit for a sighted spouse and
forbid the recipients from having a drivers license among other items.
