[NFBMO] Blind Pension Legislation

My personal opinion is that creating an income limit on the sighted spouse is a way of side stepping the constitution.  They couldn’t land a left hook because the constitution blocks adding an income limit from being added to recipients.  So, they used a jab which  is asting but not a knock out.
