[NFBMO] Post Office Question

Hello Everyone,
I have a situation that I wanted some feedback on. I obtained a PO Box for my business because I’m not at my office much and wanted to make sure that important stuff stays safe. I mentioned that there was a need for Braille on the boxes, and ironically, when I went to check the box, I forgot my landmarks. As a result, I tried multiple times to open the wrong box. The attendant was very nice and came out to help me re-orient. I mentioned again about Braille, and the gentleman told me that he brought it up to the Post Master and the response was that it is probably fat chance that it would happen. I told him that the ADA is a federal law, and since the USPS is a federal agency, the law applies to them too. He stated understanding and said that he will bring it up again.

My question is this, how would you proceed? Finding the box is doable as long as I remember the landmarks, but it has already been proven that my memory can fail me.

I appreciate any feedback. Thanks,
Roger Crome
