[NFBMO] NFBMO Week-end Warrior Challenge

Dear chapter president

The national Federation of the blind of Missouri sports and recreation
committee is promoting our involvement in National blind sports day on
Saturday,

October 6.

 

Please participate in this weekend warrior challenge on both October 6 and
seventh.

 

This is a team event where chapters will compete against other chapters for
the highest step count for the weekend. For just the pins will need to have

some type of a step tracker like a fit bit in order to participate. Please
designate a leader in your chapter who participates well report their step
count

too. That person will intern calculate for the chapter and send the results
to Robin House.

 

The event will start at 12:00 AM on October 6 and will end at 12:00 PM on
October 7. Total step count should be sent to Robin House via email by noon
on

October 8.

 

There will be cash prizes for the top three chapters. $100 will go to first
place, $75 will go to second-place and $50 will go to third place.

 

The Jefferson City walkathon is Sunday, October 7.
