The March results are in for the USABA Anthem BlueCross/Blue Shield
National Fitness Challenge and we fell quite a bit.
We failed to even make our 10,000 daily average as we averaged 9,810
steps a day and were in 8th place.
Six people got over a half million steps and 15 averaged 10,000 steps a
day.
Part of the reason for the decline may be that many of us were being
inspired for 3 days at state convention as a result sitting a lot.
Unfortunately, for purposes of the challenge, the 3 Coulters did not get
many steps the last week due to 4 full days in a car going to Florida
taking care of important family obligations with our grandchildren.
So, now with convention over and weather, hopefully, getting warmer we
need to get back to it and try and at least make our team goal of 10,000
steps a day or exceed our high of 11,082!
Gene
