Hi,

Glad you found a solution.
Do we know if this is also the case for mo-express now?

Subject: [NFBMO] Purchasing a bus ticket through the Greyhound ADA
Assistance Group

Though I have not been chosen by the National Office to be a Greyhound
secret shopper, I just booked my bus tickets to travel to state convention
by calling the Greyhound ADA Assistance Group. I first tried to use their
website with various screenreaders. I was able to get through the first
page. I selected the departure and arrival city. I then selected the
departure and return dates and the number of passengers. I then clicked on
the search button. The next screen provided me with various schedules. I
wanted to choose the bus leaving Kansas City at 8:30 a.m. Try as I might, I
could not do this.

The Greyhound website has an Accessibility page. This page explains that if
you are having difficulties booking a trip through the web, you can call
1-800-752-4841 and the representative will book your trip and waive the fee.

When I called the first time, the representative was not very helpful. Since
I work at a call site myself, I know that many times the level of service
you get depends on the representative you get. Some agents are better at
their jobs than others. I hung up and called again. The second
representative was very helpful and booked my trip.

If you are going to book a bus trip through Greyhound, try to use their
website first. If you are not able to use the website, you may want to
explain the reason you are not able to use it.

Best Regards

Daniel Garcia
