Will any of the exercises be recorded or typed to read later?
This specific time also requires the added expense of another night hotel
room charge!

Association of blind athletes/anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield try it event, a
functional fitness class, this Friday, March 22 at 8:00 AM at the national
Federation of the blind of Missouri state convention in Columbia, Missouri.
Everyone is welcome and if you are participating in the national fitness
