I would also like to point out that this company reached out to the NFB of
MO and asked to work with us.  We did not seek them out, they sought us out.
They wanted to work with us.  This is why everything has come together so
quickly.  Many people have come together in a very short period of time to
make this happen.  Yes, this stuff is expensive but it's something different
and worth a try.  This isn't taking the place of the traditional auction
items.

I would also like to apologize for the typographical errors in the trip
descriptions and beg your indulgence.  We had very little time to put this
all together and some of us have balanced this with work and other
obligations.  We are all doing the best we can with the amount of time we
have.

I suspect some of the items will sell and actually the minimum bids are not
out of line even though we are talking about a lot of money. Not that  many
of us have $
6,299 for the Disney Trip but by the time you add 4 airfares, theme park
tickets and hotel you are in the range. More practically the country music
and sports memorabilia is right in line what I see that stuff offered for.

Hello All:

I am assisting our Ways And Means Committee chairperson Carol Morgan with
putting together this list.

NFBMO is partnering with American Charities to auction off several unique
items.  During the annual auction which will take place on Saturday night at
our banquet we will be presenting a series of items called All American
Classics Auction In A box.  These are items that American Charities has
shipped to us in which a percentage  of the profit from the items purchased
during the auction will stay with our state affiliate.  Any items not sold
will be returned to American Charities at no cost to us.  Below please find
the list of items that will be auctioned off along with a brief description
of the item and the starting bid.  The starting bid is set by American
Charities and not the NFB of Missouri.  We are hoping to have the PayPal
account open and available for those who wish to pay by credit card.  Stay
tuned for more information on that.  If you have any questions please direct
them to Carol Morgan.

Please also note that the description of some of these items are a little
vague.  We have all of these items but have not unpacked all of them yet and
are going on what the packing list says and what Gene and Carol Coulter have
been able to piece together from looking at the items which are packed very
tightly in their shipping container.  All of these items will be at the
convention on Saturday night and will be available for viewing before the
bidding starts.

I will be sending detailed information on the vacation trips we will be
bidding on in separate emails.
