[NFBMO] IRS "Get my Payment" Tool

it said that it can not determan my payment status with the information 
that theyhave when I filed on the site because I did not get the email 
before I filled out the form yet I did get a email that said that all of 
the info they needed and that I got aproved so I am totally confused

it has been excepted as far as the payments how ever I can not get a 
status nor a time line when the money will arive any suggestions:

am starting to get concerned
