[NFBMO] IRS "Get my Payment" Tool

I have tried twice and both times have been told I am eligible for a check
but they need more information before they can send the payment to my
checking account. When I enter the information they ask for I get an error
message saying the information I entered is incorrect. If I try to put the
information again it locks me out for 24 hours.

My daughter is also having trouble. When she goes to the site to see when
her check is coming it says she isn't who she is.
