Good evening, all: HB 1540 (recording of IEPs) has been added as an
amendment onto HB 1317, from Representative Sommer, dealing with gifted
education; HB 1317 has received first-round approval in the House, as of
2/13.

HB1270 Removing Blind Pension  certified mail requirement will have a
hearing at Noon on Feb. 18  in hearing room 5 before the House Consent and
House procedures Committee. This wis the committee who decides whether to
recommend it for the consent calendar.

HB1276 Has not moved since second reading and has still not been assigned to
a committee.

HB 1540  on recording of I E P's reported do pass out of first committee
hearing on Jan. 30 no action since then.
