Keep in mind that current policy is that refunds are not issued except in severe circumstances such as death or hospitalization. That said, this situation is much different. Hopefully, we will see almost everyone at the rescheduled convention! Our President will make decisions on refunds at a later date. This situation is fluid and it is still possible that the convention could be cancelled altogether. We have secured language in the hotel contract allowing us maximum felxibility in this regard. Individual questions regarding convention can be directed to me at GeneCoulter at Charter.net or to our President. Those questions that I cannot answer or do not have the authority to answer will be forwarded to Shelia.
Thanks for your understanding and patience in this matter and here is hoping that you and yours are well and stay well!
Eugene Coulter, Convention Coordinator

If someone cannot attend, besides contacting the hotel and canceling their reservations, how will they get their money refunded if they have registered for convention? We have someone asking this on our NFB of Missouri State Facebook page.
