I assume that even though they are contractors, the company can still have
requirements such as those we have for guide dogs.

This means that Uber, Lyft, and other companies who provide app based
services can continue to classify their workers as independent contractors
not employees as they would have been forced to do if Assembly Bill 5 had
prevailed.
