We have been pushing for elimination of section 14C which allows for disabled
workers to be paid sub-minimum wages pasted below is  what CNN reports is
part of the President Elect's American Relief Program:

A $15 hourly minimum wage:

Biden is calling on Congress to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour, and to
end the tipped minimum wage and the sub-minimum wage for people with
disabilities.
