[NFBMO] Question about independently filling out paper forms in the mail as a totally blind person

Hi,


 From an accessibility standpoint, how do you independently fill out 
paper forms that are mailed to you? Picture that the form could have 
several pages. I remember there were situations like where Gary Wunder 
described on this list paying someone like a friend to read papers that 
were looking for a little extra cash. How do others either get sighted 
assistance with paperwork, or fill it out independently?
