Subject: [NFBMO] Raft trip info

Hello All,

The NFB of Missouri is having its annual raft trip on September 16th -18th
2022. We will be staying at the Bass River Resort near Stealville, missouri.

At this moment we have 3 cabins reserved. These cabins are all on one floor.
Each has 4 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds in them. It also has 2
bathrooms, Kitchen area and living room space. You can also sit out on the
back porch.
You do need to bring your own bedding, kitchen supplies and of course toilet
paper. You will also want to bring other things but we can send out that
list later.

So far we have 1 cabin full of people and working on filling the second one.
If you are interested in attending please contact me ASAP. I am setting the
deadline for signing up May 1st. Please let me know by then.

Please keep in mind you do not have to float the river if you attend. People
have stayed at the cabins while others floated. To each their own. The
campgrounds has a swimming pool, horse back riding and a place to get dinner
from Saturday night. You can also choose to camp if you wish. That is a
lower price if you want a electric camp sight and even lower with no
electricity.

Now for cost.
The average cost per person is about $125- $150 per person. The cabins have
a set price and so the more people that are in a cabin the lower for the
cost for those staying in the cabin. It is $30 per person to raft and about
$50 a night for cabins. For camping its $20 a night.
For paying for this you will send your money to Carol Colter. Make sure and
indicate what the money is for otherwise she will take them as donations. If
you over pay you can rest assure carol will make it right. It has happened.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for your time.
