[NFBMO] Journey Through Blindness

I'd like to come and discuss how one successfully works a room. Sometimes
leadership positions have put me at celebrations with people we want to
build relationships with and influence to become a part of our cause. I have
the listening skills, and most of the time I have the words, but getting to
new people is something I haven't mastered. I can easily go off to find
people, but figuring out when to enter their conversation is always a bit
iffy, and what I really have to work hard at avoiding is reintroducing
myself after realizing that either I've come back to a table I've visited
before, or some of the folks have also moved and I don't recognize them
quickly enough.

I hope my meeting previous to this ends in time for me to come. I suppose
you can either hold the topic until I arrive, or you can tell Debbie and she
can pass along your advice.

Warmly,

Gary
